Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, and overall body awareness. It was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, and later adapted for general fitness and rehabilitation.
Our small group classes are held on our beautiful Wellsford Studio; providing a comfortable, personalised experience. Lead by a qualified physiotherapist, the focus is on correct movement patterns and function. We walk the floor, in order to help guide your exercise and ensure you get results.
